We are a leading soccer academy with a focus on developing young, talented soccer players. We offer a complementary role to the current (amateur) clubs of players: with us they have the option to take extra training sessions so that they get the ability to surpass their peers.
Our mission is to provide these young talents with the qualities, skills and mentality needed to succeed in the competitive world of soccer, so that a potential step into professional soccercan be better bridged.
We mainly emphasize individual development, where the training is supplementary to soccer training at an amateur club or professional soccer organization.

Your Role
We are looking for ambitious and self-driven Business Development Representatives to strengthen our team.
​
As as BDR at FC Extra you will be responsible for identifying new talented players, who could benefit from our supplementary training sessions.
​
A structured approach is in place to support your outreach efforts, with clear objectives and a progressive bonus structure that rewards performance. You’ll have the freedom to work independently while being part of a dynamic and competitive environment.

BDR Responsibilities

Identify and engage European football talent

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners
​

Effectively pitch FC Extra’s services and convert clients
​

Develop and execute outreach strategies to maximize conversions
​

Manage your sales pipeline and track progress toward performance goals
​

Represent FC Extra professionally in all communications

Continuously refine sales techniques to improve results
